Automatický extraktor nukleových kyselin TGuide S96 využívá nejnovější metodu adsorpce a přenosu magnetických kuliček magnetickou tyčí. K automatické extrakci a čištění nukleové kyseliny z 1-192 krve/buněk/tkání/virů a dalších vzorků se aplikují 96jamkové destičky a různé druhy činidel pro extrakci magnetických kuliček.

Tento extraktor může být vybaven modulem 24 toku, který má dobrou adaptabilitu na velkoobjemové vzorky. Je vybaven předem zabalenými reagenciemi TIANGEN a může současně extrahovat 1–24 vzorků. Maximální objem vzorku, se kterým přístroj manipuluje, je 5 ml. Je zvláště vhodný pro extrakci volné nukleové kyseliny v séru a plazmě. Má vysoký výtěžek extrakce a dobrou čistotu a lze jej použít v oblastech, jako je detekce nádorů, NIPT atd.
